The AI Influencer Launchpad is a downloadable digital product. Because access and download are provided immediately after payment, we are unable to offer refunds, exchanges, or returns.
Why no refunds
The Product is a digital good (PDF kit) that is delivered instantly by email after a successful Shopify checkout. Once the download link is sent and/or the files are accessed, the value has been transferred in full and the Product cannot be "returned" in any meaningful sense.
Express waiver of the right of withdrawal
By completing your purchase, you expressly request immediate performance of the contract (instant delivery of the digital content) and you expressly acknowledge and consent that you lose your statutory right of withdrawal once the download or access has been provided. This waiver is consistent with Swiss law and with Article 16(m) of EU Directive 2011/83/EU for digital content supplied on a non-tangible medium.
Narrow exceptions
We will of course make things right in the following cases:
- Duplicate charge: if you were charged more than once for the same order, we will refund the duplicate.
- Non-delivery: if you never received your download and we are unable to deliver it after a good-faith attempt by our support team.
- Mandatory consumer rights: any non-waivable rights you have under the law of your country of residence remain unaffected.
Delivery issues & support
If your download did not arrive, please first check your spam/promotions folder and the email address used at checkout. If you still cannot find it, contact us within 14 days of purchase and we will resend it.
Chargebacks
Please contact us first before initiating a chargeback — almost every issue can be resolved by email within 24–48 hours.
