These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Launchpad Studio website and the digital product "The AI Influencer Launchpad" (the "Product"). By purchasing or accessing the Product, you agree to these Terms.
1. The Provider
The Product is offered by Launchpad Studio, owner Khadir Omar Ibrahim, Switzerland. Contact: customer@launchpad-studio.com.
2. The Product
The AI Influencer Launchpad is a downloadable digital kit (PDF) sold for CHF 29. After successful payment via Shopify, a download link and/or the files are delivered instantly to the email address you provided at checkout.
3. License grant
Subject to your payment, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to access and use the Product for your own personal or internal business use.
You may not:
- Redistribute, resell, rent, lease, sublicense, or publicly share the PDFs or any part of them.
- Upload the Product to file-sharing sites, Telegram channels, Discord servers, drives, or any public location.
- Use the Product, in whole or in part, to train machine-learning or AI models.
- Remove, alter, or obscure any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notice.
- Create derivative products that substantially reproduce the Product's content.
4. Intellectual property
All intellectual property rights in the Product — including text, prompts, frameworks, layouts, graphics, and bonuses — belong to Launchpad Studio. No ownership rights are transferred by your purchase; you receive only the license described above.
5. Payment & delivery
Payment is processed by Shopify and supported providers (PayPal, Google Pay, Shop Pay, major credit cards). Delivery is automatic and immediate after successful payment. If you do not receive your download within a reasonable time, contact us and we will resend it.

Because the Product is a digital good delivered instantly, all sales are final. See our Refund Policy for full details.
8. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Product or our website for any unlawful purpose, to infringe any third-party rights, or to harm or harass any person.
9. Disclaimers
The Product and website are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Launchpad Studio and Khadir Omar Ibrahim shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities, arising out of or in connection with the Product or these Terms. Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Product (CHF 29).
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Launchpad Studio harmless from any claim or demand arising out of your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Product.
12. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your license if you materially breach these Terms, in particular the license restrictions in Section 3. Upon termination, you must stop using and delete all copies of the Product.
13. Governing law & venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of Switzerland, excluding its conflict-of-laws rules and the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG). The exclusive venue for any dispute shall be the competent courts in Switzerland, subject to any mandatory consumer-protection law.
14. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in force at the time of your purchase applies to that purchase.
